Yoga Therapy - Harmony in Life
In Yoga therapy I gently guide clients through the breath into living life alive. We explore the possibility of taking Yoga off the Yoga mat into the practicality of our day to day existence. Yoga Therapy is woven into all my work. Yoga is not about a weekly class with glitzy leotards, neither is it about creating separation from Life. It is a profound Ancient Science - a Way of Living Life Alive consciously and joyfully. In Yoga Therapy the body is invited to open in stretches with a meditative awareness. As the breath flows into the stretch a deep relaxation begins to pervade the body. We feel a deeper Intimacy of Communion and a sense of inner Joy and Peace blossoms in our life. Through the movement of breath, mental and emotional tensions can be cleared from our lives - as these tensions release we feel a renewed sense of Harmony and Spaciousness within.
